Joy is continuing in her father’s footsteps, having achieved several multimillion-dollar results for her clients over her lengthy legal career, including one of the 30 highest personal injury verdicts in New York in 2016.
Before she became an attorney, Joy E. Miserendino was a registered occupational therapist working on a head injury unit with severely injured patients. Her medical background helps her understand the issues her clients deal with after serious injury.
